See J3272 : Thomas Andrews "Titanic" plaque, Belfast (June 2010). This is the second plaque in the immediate area. It�s on the ground at the Lisburn Road end of Windsor Avenue. The inscription reads �Thomas Andrews, Chief Designer of RMS Titanic, lived in this street.
