I originally took a picture of this shop front almost four months ago. TL4458 : Shop to let. This is a long time to have a vacant unit in the prime shopping part of Cambridge centre. Why do the landlords not consider lowering their high rents. This is going to be a major problem for the character of Cambridge centre in the future. We will not have any individual shops left. Above the shops are some student flats.
