	Low Grounds, Avington by Peter Facey This field of clover occupies a valley known as Low Grounds which is enclosed to the left, right and behind photographer by horseshoe-shaped woodland. Ahead, is Avington Lake.

	Unusual gate on footpath northeast of Mud Farm by Peter Facey I haven't seen this kind of gate before. The galvanised arms are hinged at the bottom and can be moved outwards, slackening the chains. Made by British Gates & Timber Ltd, Biddenden, Kent.
