A group of downhill mountain bikers prepare for their afternoon's adrenaline fix. This is a narrow, dead-end road forming an entrance to Wharncliffe Wood near Oughtibridge on the outskirts of Sheffield.

Oughty Bridge railway station (site)

Tracks in the snow, Oughtibridge
The tracks are, of course, Railway Lines. This is the view north with the tracks running up and off picture towards Deepcar and Stocksbridge. These tracks are rarely used these days with just an occasional train to or from Stocksbridge Steel Works.
