Judging by the previous geograph, I guess this would be the upper mill. The photo was taken from the Cysyllte bridge. I saw a kingfisher whilst I was there.

A very modest, probably natural cascade, although there was once a mill adjacent to it SJ2641 : Converted mill at Trevor which presumably exploited the slight drop in river levels.
