Orientation
New drummers will be shown and practice the drumming techniques. Everyone is reminded of the expectations.
8:00 PM - 8:40 PM
Doors locked. Circle starts. Individual sharing of intention.
Doors are locked to outsiders. Each person speaks a one-word intention and the group spends a minute meditating on that intention. Each person goes one at a time so they get focus from the group.
