🎉 Back In My Day... Let’s Get Nostalgic! You know those moments when someone starts a story with “Back in my day...” and suddenly everyone has a memory to share? That’s the vibe today. 😊 Let’s take a fun trip down memory lane and talk about the little things from childhood that we still think about today. Maybe it’s a snack you loved, a TV show you never missed, a toy you played with for hours, or a store that felt magical to walk into. Sometimes nostalgia is the perfect distraction—and it’s always fun to see what memories we all have in common (or totally forgot about until someone mentions it!). Watch for nostalgia nudges throughout the chat!!! 😉

Mental Well-Being
Ive been seeing posts, while the intention is intended to be inspiring, seem to discourage venting about difficulties that we face. If I didn’t have MS, and wasn’t struggling with coping with the loss of my old self, i wouldn’t be here. Not sure there is a fix, not trying to discourage anyone. I come here to bitch about the struggles. I dont share my decline with family, they see it but we don’t discuss it, my choice. You all are my free counselors, sounding board, and i think friends. Have a great week.

Friday morning I called my pharmacy to see when my Baclofen prescription would be ready. It was an automated system and it told me the Baclofen would be ready by 4 pm Saturday. I called the pharmacy Saturday morning and was told the Baclofen wouldn’t be ready until 4 pm Sunday. I had to go to the pharmacy to get another prescription and asked why the Baclofen kept getting delayed. The pharmacist told me that there was a problem with prior authorization and they needed to speak with my neurologist. I was rather upset, this being Saturday morning and knowing that there would be no contact with my neurologist until Monday at the earliest I took my last dose of Baclofen Thursday morning. My legs are very stiff and won’t flex at all. Walking is very difficult. I am so pissed right now.
