While the headlines are often filled with more serious stories, there are still plenty of positive and happier moments happening across the West Midlands - and we want to celebrate and share them.

This week, we have heard how a sprinter became mayor for a day, how a Channel swim was fuelled by cake and tinned peaches and how a married couple both became world champion pole climbers.
