A spokesman for BATS said: "Calendar Girls tells the inspiring true story of a group of women, members of a women’s institute (WI) in Yorkshire, who came together following the death of one of their beloved friend John and husband to one of its members.
"Even though it is linked to a terrible moment for this community, it is a truly inspiring and uplifting show."
Originally aiming to raise £3,000, the women’s story captured national attention and raised millions for blood cancer research.
BATS is welcoming guests from eight cancer charities and support groups to a special performance night.
The spokesperson said: "This is an opportunity to celebrate, remember and support people who have been impacted by cancer, whether they have lost someone, are battling cancer or have beaten cancer."
