Absolutely perfect, good balance and stores easily. I use for myself and clients I coach from garage. Very easy assembly took maybe 40 minutes.

First day bought it for my home gym. Easy to assemble the manual is online by scanning QR code. Sturdy and adjustable height perfect I’m 5’0 and my kid is 5’9. Easy to use and do different work outs. Not too big and doesn’t take up much space. Easy to relocate and folds.

Good affordable home option. But it’s lacking the professional quality of a commercial gym. It’s angled a little too low, and the lowest setting is still too high for a girls frame. It falls perfectly with your hips if you’re over 5’6”. But for the price, I can’t really fault those things. I purchased this for my boyfriend anyway.

It was packed well, and didn’t take too long to build either so overall I would recommend this product. Just don’t expect everything for a little bit.

I got this yesterday and put it together, after looking up instructions online, since it didn’t come with instructions. It didn’t come with the screws to put the handle bars on either.

Other than those twos issues, it’s a solid piece of equipment and I will not be returning it. I will contact the company and ask for the right screws so I can attach the bars for dips though

Update: the screws were there! I figured it out the next day. It’s a great piece of equipment! It’s heavier than expected, which is good

Works great for back extension. It's just okay for dips because the grips are thin and really dig into your hands; thicker grips with some padding would be nice. Doesn't feel as stable as I'd like when using it for dips. It collapses down nicely and the wheels are really helpful for moving it around.

Love this exercise machine. Great for low back pain and core strengthening. Very stable and easy to store.

I’ve always, ALWAYS had a great experience with Sunny products. That’s the reason I purchased this on 2/25/23. The assembly wasn’t difficult, everything came in the package and I didn’t have to contact anyone, as per usual. It’s lightweight (which may not be the best thing, I later learned) and easy to store. My main use for this item was for hyperextension of my back... forget using it for dips as it’s not well-balanced and flimsy. I get a great workout with the hyperextensions, which I do twice a week… only. Previously, my only gripe with this machine was the pads at the topmost portion. They would make for a discomforting experience for the male reproductive organs even at the highest setting. I did find a way around that, so no complaints. Also, I’m 6’6”, roughly 200 pounds; the dip portion is a gimmick. What I DO find inexcusable is the poor build quality.

Initially, things were working perfectly fine. For a while now, I noticed that my feet were moving at the bottommost portion of the machine meant to keep one’s feet stable. I disregarded it… I was still able to get my workout in and figured it was just my flip-flops. A few days ago, I learned that the machine had totally come apart (see attached photos). The foot support literally is hanging on by a thin thread of steel… like I was opening a can of corned beef. Quality control ought to be stripped of their credentials.

You know, I feel some kind of way about paying decent money for things that don’t last. There is absolutely no reason why this should break. God knows how long it’s been broken… just my naïve mind disregarded it for probably a whole year. Smh. I actually bought another one for a family member… I turned around and took it back from them a few days ago. I’ll just wait for that one to peel itself apart like this one. Being that I still got a great workout from this machine, I was tempted to give it 2 stars, but man, no. I was impressed enough originally and paid for 2? Cut them 2 stars in half; 1 out of 1 star.

Reader, beware. Do your research, and go elsewhere… take your time and look at some of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. I had my fill of doing such today. =( We paid our hard-earned dollars for this thing and deserve much better.

Easy to assemble and operate. Equipment is sturdy and adjustable depending on your height. My chiropractor recommended this to me to strengthen my back muscles. Seems to be working.

Il se très plie facilement. Les roulettes permettent de le déplacer facilement et prend relativement peu de place.

Le montage est assez simple et tous les outils nécessaires sont inclus.

You are not buying a professional technogym bench. But for the price this is a very good purchase! I am 90kg and I find it very stable and solid.

It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows.

The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze.
