Party at a Rich Dude's House
May. 18th, 2017 12:48 amSummer could have called ahead, given Wendy some sort of heads-up that she was dropping by. That would have been the considerate thing to do. It would've given Wendy time to cancel all her plans for the day, maybe even dress up a little if she felt like it.
Instead, Summer decided surprising Wendy with the gift of her presence while she was at work was a far better (ie: funner) plan.
She practically flies out of the car after they land, not wanting her arrival to be spoiled by her grandpa's loud mouth. Within seconds she's at the front door of the giftshop, though she doesn't go in straight away. She takes a minute to check her hair, patting it down to make sure no strands have come loose from her ponytail - except, of course, for the stylish lock in the front that she's deliberately left untied.
Satisfied that her hair is totally on point, Summer throws open the front door and waltzes inside with a burst of pep that she totally didn't hold over from that time she was a b-team cheerleader in middle-school.
"Guess who's gonna be in town for the entire weekend!"
