 * hi there is a message on the top of your page that says 
   _‘This plugin **hasn’t
   been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress**. It may no longer
   be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more
   recent versions of WordPress.’_Why is this? I need to recommend a ticketing system
   to a client and I am concerned. THank you.
