Hello,

I'm S (or Shel) and this is my little place to write whatever comes to mind. It could the most meaningful piece of work, or the least interesting thought that's run through my mind. But that's the beauty of it, no? Mostly what I write about it my daily life and all of struggles and wins that have happened to me throughout my life. It's interesting and boring all at the same time!

I am a musician by heart, and laboratory technologist by trade. I talk a lot about my work and the process that it took for me to get there (as it's all entwined in my tales of trauma). I talk a lot about music and how it's been my consistent best friend for as long as I can remember.

My interests are unimportant in the grand scheme, however. If you'd like to add me even if there's nothing in common, please feel free! I enjoy chatting and connecting and getting glimpses into other peoples' worlds. I'm too old for drama and games, but I'm always up for meeting new folks.
