Apr. 7th, 2013 12:49 am[It took a few days after Loki's fall for Thor to pull himself together enough to remember what his brother had left behind. Yes, he'd left Thor, and Frigga, and Odin, but he had children of his own as well.
Hel Thor couldn't touch. Sleipnir was cared for well enough already by Odin himself, but Jormungandr was still just a child. He (or she, on occasion) had been sent away on Odin's word, but with the Bifrost gone and Loki dead, Jor wouldn't be getting any company at all.
Thor went to retrieve Jormungandr himself. He hadn't seen the boy since his infancy, and Thor was anxious to take his nephew back to be among his people. He had faith that with time, Jor could learn to be one of them.]
