  • It's National tree Week (22-30 November) – the UK’s largest tree-planting initiative signaling the start of the tree planting season. Every tree planted is a legacy. Trees connect us to nature, create shade, slow rainwater run-off, enhance biodiversity and improve air quality. Winter planting gives trees the best chance to thrive once spring arrives, here’s why: ✔️Planting when trees are dormant reduces stress on the tree ✔️Gives trees a head start, allowing roots to establish ✔️Winter brings rain, keeping soil moist to support root growth ✔️With less foliage around, newly planted trees face less competition for sunlight and water. If you’re looking to add trees to your site. Speak to your account manager about how we can help. Find out more about #NationalTreeWeek at nationaltreeweekorg.uk

We had a great day last Thursday hosting the Green Planet Design Conference. The event explored how estate owners and land managers can take meaningful action for nature – while also creating real value for their business. Attendees joined three interactive workshops run by The Royal Entomological Society (RES), Plantlife International and the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. Each session gave people the chance to explore practical ideas and share perspectives. We also led a green infrastructure walking tour of King’s Cross, guided by our green wall specialists at Biotecture. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversations. And a special thanks to our workshop leaders, for giving up their time to share their expertise. We’re excited to see how the ideas from the day will help shape greener, more resilient projects across the UK. 💚 #SustainableLandscapes | #NaturePositive
