If you're reviewing patient recall tools, it's worth asking one simple question. 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄, 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁? That could mean requesting the right pathology, supporting booking, and recording outcomes back into the patient record. And there's an important distinction between helping someone complete those tasks and automating them altogether. The more of the process that happens without manual intervention, the less admin falls back on the practice. Generating a list is useful. Automating what happens next is where recall starts to make a real difference. That's the approach we've taken at Suvera. #PrimaryCare #NHS #ProactiveCare

  • 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄. A patient with diabetes, hypertension, and CKD is often sitting on three separate recall cycles. That's three invitations and three appointments for one person, any of which they might never attend. For admin their task is done. For clinicians, its a schedule that feels overwhelming and duplicated. For the patient it feels like being chased all year for multiple reviews that could have been done in one visit. However, conducting this process well isn't trivial. It means identifying what's outstanding across every condition and medication, then bringing everything into a single invitation with the right tests already attached and ready to go. This is where technology can make a real difference. With Suvera, what would otherwise take multiple steps can be brought together in two clicks, making holistic recall simpler for practices and and more coordinated for patients. #PrimaryCare #NHS #ProactiveCare #CoordinatedCare

Finding the right patients is only the first step. The next task is requesting bloods, checking what investigations are due, chasing results, getting everything back into the patient record, stratifiying the results, responding to urgents, and then booking appointments. This is the hidden burden of admin in primary care. Your recall platform shouldn't stop at showing you who requires review. It should help move that review forward by handling the work around pathology as part of the same workflow. That's what makes the difference between identifying a care gap and actually closing it. This is the Suvera experience. #PrimaryCare #HealthTech #suveraexperience

  • Reactive care is the default in general practice. Not because this is the best version of care, but because the workload doesn’t allow for anything else. The truth is that patients with long-term conditions often get worse between reviews, not during them. Most won't even be aware that they require help. Reactive care doesn’t solve this. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀. But proactive care depends on more than good intentions. Can you reliably identify the patients who require attention, coordinate what comes next in their care journey, and keep everything moving at scale? For many practices, the honest answer is no. And that’s not a reflection of the practice. It's a reflection of the tools they're working with. We built Suvera around proactive care because we believed technology could and 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 do more. #PrimaryCare #ProactiveCare #NHS

  • 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 Suvera? Because delivering proactive care shouldn't mean more complexity. Practices choose Suvera because they're looking for a better way to manage patients with long-term conditions. One that helps identify who requires attention sooner, supports patients between appointments, and works alongside the systems they already use. It's about giving clinical teams more time to focus on care, not administration. Discover our full capabilities at suvera.com/technology. #Suvera #NHS #PrimaryCare #ProactiveCare

  • Trust isn't a checkbox for us, it's the foundation everything else sits on. That's why every system we build follows DCB0129, the same clinical safety framework the NHS itself uses. And we don't just say we're secure, we're independently penetration tested every year by CREST-accredited assessors. This sits alongside our CQC registration, GDPR compliance and Cyber Essentials certification, standards that we unwaveringly hold ourselves to daily. If you'd like to learn more about how we keep patient data safe, visit the link to our Safety page in the comments. #Suvera #NHS #HealthTech #DataSecurity #PrimaryCare

When a practice manager describes a feature as a game changer, it's worth paying attention to why. For Hayley Wade at Twyford Surgery, it comes down to one thing: the whole chronic disease register, visible and actionable in one place, with bloods requested automatically through ICE before her admin team even touches it.

Patient recall doesn't have to eat into your team's day.
Practices using Suvera are recalling thousands of patients in bulk in under a minute, a process that used to take most of a day. This is cutting admin time by more than half for teams already on our platform, without compromising accuracy or impact.

"I feel like I'm cheating. It's so much fun."
That's how Rupinder Mohr, Operations Manager at Cape Hill Medical Centre, describes recall since moving to Suvera. Cape Hill serves over 12,000 patients in a highly diverse, densely populated area. Recall used to mean four staff members manually working through lists, generating blood forms one by one, and then logging everything back into EMIS by hand. Today, that workload has roughly halved, and the practice has unlocked tens of thousands a year in freed-up capacity.

A new look for Suvera! Our design team has spent the past few months shaping an identity that reflects where we're heading, without losing sight of who we are and who we serve. Today, we're excited to share more of it with the world. #Suvera #BrandReveal #HealthTech #NHS #PrimaryCare

Big news... Suvera has a new look! 🎉 My team and I have spent the past few weeks shaping this. The goal was a visual identity that tells the story of where we're heading: from a service-led company to a technology-led one, opening the amazing tech we've built to our partners. We wanted to make sure what we created felt familiar and bold, so it reflects a shift without losing the core of who we are. This took a few iterations (honestly more than a few 😅). Really proud of where we landed! 💜 Keep an eye out for more to come from this evolution!
