Polly will join HIVE Underwriters in November once her contractual obligations with her current employer are complete. Reporting to HIVE’s Head of Marine, Alistair Marriott, Polly will lead the continued development of our Cargo proposition as part of our growing Marine division, which focuses on specialist marine risks through disciplined underwriting, data-led decision making and long-term broker partnerships. Last week, Amy Birch and Isabel Kelly, Assistant Underwriters at HIVE Underwriters, attended the International Aerospace Women’s Association (IAWA) European Forum in Berlin, Germany. The event brought together professionals from across the global aviation and aerospace industry, providing a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and share perspectives with peers from a wide range of sectors.
