A conglomeration of fragments

So, this morning Sushi decided to wake me up at 8:30am. This being an unreasonable time, I told him to fuck off and went back to sleep. I'm not sure how I could have done otherwise, but also: mistake. Didn't wake up again until 1pm. Argh!!

Anyway. Stuff, things, stuff and things. Took Sushi out again today, which would have been a lot nicer if he didn't run up a tree when I was close enough to it he could get Fairly Goddamn High up there. And he had absolutely no intention of getting down, because there were birds. Not that he could reach them! Particularly since he was still on the leash! But BIRDS. Clearly the most important thing in the entire universe, if you're a Sushi.

Inevitably, he lost his balance trying to do something stupid (I'm not sure what, he'd been up there like 15min at that point so I wasn't watching his every move, but not long before he'd been trying to climb onto a branch that was both too far away and too small to take his weight, so...), and ended up dangling from his leash. This! This is why I have a better harness on order! Ugh, my poor stupid idiot boy.

He's fine, of course, wasn't even particularly distressed - annoyed, but only a little, and only until I got him down. And then he was more than happy to keep running around like the dumbass he is, but at least I managed to make sure he didn't go up any more goddamn trees.

Other than that, did some uni work. Flopped around. Finished cooking my beans! :D They're still not perfect, but good, yes. :3 And now I have tasty food for a while! Until it runs out, yesssss. Nom nom nom.
