Since the com on LJ is completely locked out for people not on LJ, I thought I'd create something here in the hopes of luring writers to crosspost.

Hello and welcome to Dreamwidth's version of Top Gear Slash! This is a community relating to the slashing or slashiness of programme Top Gear.

All new applicants will be given the once over, just to make sure you aren't a bot, etc. Please note that if you have an empty account without any visible posts, no email address, no interests or anything else, I will not be able to check you out, and you probably won't be accepted. If there is no evidence of you being interested in slash and/or RPS in your Interests,that may hold things up as well. Please be sure that you have comment notifications enabled.

If you have a problem with homosexuality or the discussion of homosexuality, please leave now.

All Top Gear Slashiness welcome! Pics, fics, clips, icons, wallpapers, photomanips, important Top Gear news, new slashy evidence, all of it. (Please remember the slashiness. There's tonnes of material out there about the boys. We're only interested in the slash parts here.)

The Rules
Please keep it a pleasant and friendly community. Flaming, bitch fights and ranting against another member will not be tolerated and will result in bad things.

Put long posts or pictures behind cut-tags. If you don't know how, feel free to ask or (preferably) check the FAQs. The Rich Text posting option has a nice little icon for it.

Story posting: ALL stories must be given at least a rating, pairing, brief summary, series (if applicable) and warnings if necessary (e.g. Non-con, Graphic violence, AU etc.).

Art/photomanip posting: Pics must be given a rating, pairing, and warning (if necessary).

Posting in your own journal: Absolutely no problem with this, but if you do post an item in your journal and mention it on the comm, PLEASE put in a direct link to the correct entry! Please also use the appropriate tags.

Tags: There is a tagging system in operation. If you post, please use them; it makes navigating the comm an awful lot easier for everyone. The full list is here: Tags

Formatting: I should not have to explain this but... Paragraphs must be double-spaced and grammar and punctuation must be at the very VERY least coherent and legible. Leave the 1337 speak elsewhere please.
