Things that are making me happy today

My sister is home for a few days before heading out of the country to do more research for her thesis. I'll be taking care of her cat while she's gone, which should be nice. I've been missing Cody more than ever over the last few weeks, so it will be good to have a pet around.

I finally got around to apping a character at [livejournal.com profile] milieux_ecole. I've been watching it for a while and it was definitely something I wanted to join.

Finally, we have Thai food for dinner!

Okay, someone needs to tell me what's making them happy so I can keep my mind off work.

I had Sunday off (last day of the work week), then Monday, then went in today and found out they'd double scheduled the shift, so... I didn't have to work! And I'm off tomorrow too! Of course, I'm working two ten-hour shifts Sat and Sun...

I just went to see Iron Man with my dad. That was a lot of fun... I love spending time with him.

I don't do "happy," but I am goin' to AICN's big event for The Incredible Hulk tonight with my friend Rita, so that should be fun. We're both excited. She actually "squee"-ed last night when we were talkin' about it.
