She has the Bat's permission to work as a hero, even as a Blue Lantern, in his city.
She has an ear bud to put her in touch with the Bat-Clan. Which... she very much needs to use soon.
There's still something to get in order though. She knows the Bats are one side of the law, but even with as much corruption as there was in it, there was another, and Romy had been part of it. She needs to get right with the cops.
Correction, she needs to get right with the one cop she knows she can trust. Eventually, she's going to need their sources, be able to work with them, for things to feel right. She doesn't have her badge back, and without Gordon calling the shots, she doesn't trust that the brass aren't in someone's pocket - but that doesn't mean she can't still do some police work, whether they like it or not.
A call goes through to Renee Montoya's desk, the anonymous caller refusing to talk to anyone else.
