What do you need to know?
Well, for starters, I am British, lesbian, an ex-academic, currently employed in the third sector, a feminist, lefty, ex-catholic with Buddhist leanings, recently bereaved, eating disordered & back in therapy (but pretty upbeat about it all). I am passionate about literature, music and art.
Here you will find public posts about literature, (especially poetry, LGBT writers and women's writing), film, science fiction, music, nature, LGBT issues, feminism, pop culture, links to stuff I like, a bit of photography sometimes, and other things as they occur to me. I cross-post most of my public posts to my other blog Flaming Culture.
I have a tumblr where I mainly post links, quotes and images that I like. I think of it as a scrapbook.
The personal posts about my life are friends-locked and I'm happy to accept friend requests.
