I write. I play World of Warcraft. Sometimes I write about playing World of Warcraft. Sometimes I write my own thing.

I'm a mom. Sometimes I act my age. Sometimes, when the kiddo isn't looking I like to cut loose and NOT act my age. (It happens, kids. Grown ups aren't grown ups 24-7, and we shouldn't have to be. We were people, too, when we were your age.)

I try to maintain a healthy balance with all things in life, but I'm not perfect. Then again, nobody's perfect. Wouldn't the world be a boring place if we were?

I'm going to see how this site works, and then I'll probably ramble about being a mom, about being fannish, and about writing. I'll probably start posting things I've written, too. I'm looking forward to seeing what this site can do, how it works, and what they're going to do differently from LJ. I'm sure I'll be filling this in more and changing things around as I grow more comfortable around here, and all that jazz.
