How To Edit an Existing Workflow

This article explains how to edit an existing workflow, including how to safely modify and re-test its actions before enabling it again.

 

Steps

  1. Log in to HappyFox Workflows.
  2. Open the workflow you want to modify.
  3. Disable the workflow using the toggle.

Note: You must disable a workflow before you can modify it. This prevents the workflow from running against live tickets while you're making changes.

 

  1. Edit existing actions or add new actions as needed.
  2. Click Save and Test for each action you've modified or added.
  3. Verify the results of the sample test, then enable the workflow again.
