▶ The 13th Hour is technically (and scientifically, as far as the Hinoto-Ri science community is concerned), the 25th hour of the day.
▶ Everything functions normally during this hour. However, the time on watches stops and computers reset back to 12:01 once the hour is over. No new data created during the 13th Hour is lost upon the reset; it's just that nothing seems to be registering that hour happening, as if the hour is literally invisible to time itself.
▶ The sky is always blood red during this hour.
▶ Magic powers are enhanced during the 13th Hour. Demons and other creatures out and about are more common during this time, and some will be overcome by blood lust and attack humanoids. This is why people are advised to stay inside and why many buildings have spells cast on them to keep the larger, more powerful demons at bay.
▶ This blood-lust is enhanced by the Lunar Cycle. The fuller the moon, the more aggressive the demons.
▶ Moreover, certain buildings will only appear and show up during this hour, along with creatures from the home worlds of the Visitors.
▶ A person's first Persona awakening has a tendency to happen more often during this hour, due to the higher amount of magic and stress present.
▶ For those who know the series, the 13th Hour may sound like The Dark Hour at first. However, there are many fundamental differences: characters do not turn into coffins, everyone is active regardless of Persona abilities, and while time does not register, it does indeed pass by.

▶ A large city that appears during the 13th Hour on a hill in the Gemini Ward, the Mictlan is off limits for the normal populace and begrudgingly made accessible for the Visitors.
▶ While it was mostly empty for months, one fateful day, an odd scrambled message appeared on the COMP network showing some of the Seven being sucked into a mysterious object, now known as the Shining Trapezohedron. It was found in the 3rd level of the Mictlan. Visitors banded together to form a rescue party for the group and managed to bring them all back unharmed. This object has since been taken by the Seven for further investigation, and the Mictlan itself remained closed until very recently.
▶ The current map of the dungeon and the 5 levels that have been explored can be found [HERE]. Characters are invited to venture into the dungeon for material gathering, or to simply to try and explore the areas that haven't been looked at yet...

▶ The Seven were the first Persona Users to show up. They were completely unfamiliar with the concept of Persona and settled into the city for a few months before the first true wave of Visitors arrived.
▶ Any of the Seven listed as being available may be applied for as an NPC. [FULL PROFILES HERE]
▶ Although they are unaffiliated with the Seven, the Wise Men also arrived in this world long before everyone else. Their knowledge of Persona helped the Seven in their inexperience and also prepared the city for the imminent arrival of the others. They are connected in the fact that they have all previously known or worked with Persona.
▶ The Wise Men have a scientific research facility: Gemini Ward's Molecular Anomalies Gnosis Institute (or M.A.G.I.) [PROFILES HERE]

▶ The namesake of the game, the Destiny Strings, were named by the Seven (although it is arguable that they might have gotten the name from the Velvet Room. Who knows at this point?)
▶ They are strands of time that connect to a character's home world, an anchor to their life that allows them to return. The string goes from the character's back and reaches right into the sky.
▶ At first, the strings are all the same color: Dark Green.
▶ The longer they stay in Hinoto-Ri and form bonds with others, the stronger the strings are. Though they appear like very weak, thin strands at first, they become thicker as time goes by.
▶ Once a character hits their first power up, their strands take on a unique color, called their Strings Aura. The color is up to the player, and is posted in the personal character & Persona update page. So far, the Aura doesn't seem to do much apart from making it easier to be tracked down by those who have the ability to see the strings.
▶ However, as they form extremely strong bonds with one another, one or two of their strands may take on the coloration from another person if that person also has a unique Aura color.
▶ The Strings move around like snakes and are actually made up of many strands (all the people the characters have known). During Dual Attacks, a small strand will attach itself with the Strings of the other person performing a joint Persona Summon or Attack.

▶ Soul Personas are the unique Persona available only to your character. While, yes, two characters might have the same Soul Persona by name (two people with Hades), both Soul Personas would look very different in appearance. The Soul Personas does not increase in level even if the character does. The only time they upgrade is when the user has reached Maximum Level and unlocks their truest potential.
▶ Velvet/Aramid Room Personas are public Personsa available to all users. These are found in the book that the proprietors of the respective rooms have. These can be taken by the user as long as they are the same level or lower as the person summoning them forth.
▶ There are additional rules regarding unlucky Arcana and Persona:
▻ Unlucky Arcana Personas for your character CAN be taken from the Rooms. However, they will be unable to unlock their 8th Skill, 3rd Secondary Skill and the Mutation Skill.
▻ A Combat user calling forth a Intel Persona cannot use the 8th Primary, 3rd Secondary and Mutation Skill.
▻ A Support/Intel user calling forth a Combat Persona cannot use the 8th Primary, 3rd Secondary and Mutation Skill.
▻ If you are a Combat User summoning an Intel Persona (or vice versa) AND you additionally have an unlucky Persona with this one, you will also be unable to use the 7th Primary Skill and 2nd Secondary Skill.

▶ Dual Personas are created when two users have a deep bond that allows their Soul Personas to resonate with each other. This usually happens when characters have known each other for a time and have been able to interact on a meaningful level with each other. There is more information about Dual Personas in the [Persona] page itself.

▶ Rumors are spread via the Narumi Detective Agency which has changed hands over the course of the game.
▶ You can use these to gain new weapons, skills or status effects or even affect the entire game. For instance, the creation of the Junes Saga (which parodied Twilight) was the result of Yosuke submitting a rumor.
▶ If characters become well known and popular in Hinoto-Ri, the populace may end up trusting them so much they can become rumormongers, which gives them the ability to spread rumors even more efficiently. (Note: this can only be bestowed upon characters by the moderators).

▶ There appears to be no set pattern yet on the appearance of these monsters or as to why the astrology monsters show up in Hinoto-Ri, as each has been unique. What is known so far is that they show up on their Astrology dates that fit with the calendar and tend to bring emotional issues and additional monsters with them.
▶ The following bosses have shown up and were defeated: Scorpio, Taurus, Virgo, Aquarius, Aries. There appears to be no set pattern, but it seems that no bosses will show up twice and that collateral damage is sure to follow.
▶ Just why the creatures are here at all, and why they are attacking the city is a mystery in itself.
