Description of powers: Memory manipulation MAGICAL ENERGY SNAKES
Strength/Extent of powers: Erasing/manipulating memories, possession; can summon energy snakes which he attacks people with, summons massive endgame energy
snake to bite people, binds people in place with magic uhh. SNAKES EVERYWHERE pretty much. Oh and knives but that's not really a power...
Memory related: Yes
Relation to memory: Magic training probably, it's never really elaborated on much. But I mean you have to learn magic to be able to use it right.
Effect of the powercap: Attacking the mind and the psyche has like a 30% success rate and can be thrown off if the person has the mental fortitude for it. Also, the effects aren't permanent; meaning, if he did manage to start manipulating their memories they'd be able to get them back pretty quickly, depending on the person. He'd have more success making them see stuff they didn't want, or making them relive memories they've already obtained/traumatized them, which is probably what he's going to focus on instead of erasing the memories. Also, no going ghost, so no possession or anything like that. Energy snakes will probably just. Be 75% physical most of the time/won't affect people as much.
