Murphy! Shamelessly stolen headcanon: Murphy's dick(s) bring all the boys to the yard. She has a strapon. Maybe more than one, but whatever she wears, it's damn good. Sanya, Kincaid, and my sneaky crossover insert Dick Bradley are her harem; they respect (and occasionally) each other and love her. Sometimes the sex is straight up PIV and that's fine too, but damn they love her dick. Harry can come if he promises not to try to make her a real woman.
Bonus! Not Only Silence!Murphy: Murphy has guys and gals in every port. Harry is not one of them because frankly he takes too much foreplay and she just wants a warm bed and a roll in the hay. Kinkaid is one. Luccio is her mainstay. Back before Hendricks died, she'd share his bed at the Fort but they didn't have sex; it was more an it's-damn-cold thing.
Mac! Is quietly very active in Chicago's gay scene. He's got a shoulder (and other anatomy) to cry on for broken hearts and fights and identity crises. He's everyone's rock, a good friend and a good lover. And he doesn't notch his bedpost because it would have fallen apart by now.
He was friends with Morgan long before Harry blew into Chicago. (Not sure even in headcanon how old Mac is. Older than he looks.) He understands Morgan's issues and never enabled them, but did sympathize. Morgan was special to him. He's still in mourning as of Changes.
Well, I'm stealing the headcanon too! Though who is Dick Bradley, as google fails me?
Haaaah at Harry needing to much foreplay, aww poor darling.
Oh Maaaac. <3 <3. He deserves many hugs. Random follow up question, do you happen to have like, fantasy casting or anything for Mac? My mental image for him just refuses to settle, for some reason.
Dick Bradley; aka Richard Bradley aka Richard Bradley Riddick I'm sorry, it's a sickness, I have a thing about that character. RP Hijinx with a Connie Murphy mean he shows up in my mental Chicago most of the time. He's Einherjar, fished out of the Nevernever by Odin after his goofy canon wraps up. The other Einherjaren tease him mercilessly because he is such a baby he isn't even born yet, Junior and he's their sulky little bro who hasn't even technically died yet.
I don't actually have a fantasy actor for Mac; on the DFKM I used Vin Diesel (because he's warm-homey-ageless-bald) but I see Mac as taller, thinner (Diesel is only 6'2: I can look that dude in the eye. Not tall enough). Possibly Oliver Riedel if you can catch him without facial hair? But Oliver looks too... young, most of the time. I know Bruce Willis got bandied around but he's a little too... smirky. Talky.
Hee! Nothing wrong with having a pan-fandom little black dress character. I don't know his canon, but at some point I'm definitely going to catch Pitch Black because Claudia Black is in it and I kind of imprinted on her during my Farscape days. Kind of love the concept of anyone being the sulky baby Einherjar, I admit.
*squints* I may be doomed to be image-less for Mac, but, hey, maybe that's fitting and he can be quiet and not overly expressive in my head too :-)
Pitch Black is a genuinely good movie. Kind of a brutal creature feature, but a good movie. Almost everyone dies. Not pretty.
The animated sequel was good too.
Then there was "Dave and Vin's Big D&D Space Romp" aka Chronicles of Riddick, which is adorable but much more a popcorn flick. Haard tonal step to the right from spartan space-action to LARGE HAM.
Poor Mac. The comics image was ... almost right? Ohhh well.
