Every now and then, it's important to step away from the day-to-day and take a moment to reflect. Some from our management team hopped on the ferry and went on a retreat. During those 3 days, it was a great balance of strategic discussions, team bonding, and (lots of) exercise. More importantly, it gave us the opportunity to pause, challenge our thinking, and align on where we're headed next. One thing became clear: our growth over the years has been built on a simple but powerful foundation - trust. Trust from our customers who continue to place their confidence in us. Trust from our partners who collaborate with us. And trust within our own team, which enables us to deliver consistently and grow together. Technology continues to evolve, expectations continue to rise, and so do the opportunities to create greater impact. Meet Nicholas Posma Nasution, our Senior PM, sharing his journey with Xtremax. 👇 9 years. One company. Countless lessons. On July 3rd, I marked 9 years at Xtremax. That time, if you'd told 2017-me, a Junior Business Analyst, I'd one day lead a department and multiple Singapore government projects, I wouldn't have believed you. Along the way, I learned the most important lesson of my career: solutions and value are not the same thing. We can digitalise anything. Turn a paper form into an app in a week. But does it help? For someone glued to their phone, maybe. For someone without one, we could have done better. Value isn't what we can build. It's who we're building it for. The best answers come from co-creating with the client stakeholders who live with the problem every day, not guessing on their behalf. I didn't learn this alone. Nuansa Lembayung taught me standards and discipline. Philip Lau showed me what leadership looks like. James Leong taught me delivery. Xtremax gave me a culture of co-creation and the freedom to try, fail, and learn.   After all these years, it's a lesson I'm still living, not one I've finished learning. As we move deeper into AI-driven solutions, I'm excited to keep giving back. In new initiatives, new milestones, and helping the next generation of Xtremax people learn what I once didn't know.
