A little more colour, a lot more togetherness. Yesterday, our offices across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Delhi came alive with the spirit of Independence Day. There were tricolour outfits, balloons and decorations, fun challenges, impromptu photographs, plenty of laughter and those little moments of simply being together that make celebrations special. What made it even better was seeing our teams across cities celebrate in their own way, while sharing the same spirit of pride and togetherness. Here’s to the people who make Tazapay what it is and to celebrating the spirit of India, together. #IndependenceDay #Tazapay #TeamTazapay #LifeAtTazapay

Regional expansion shouldn't require rebuilding your payments infrastructure. For one refurbished electronics marketplace, expansion across Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia meant navigating different payment preferences, card acquiring requirements, and settlement timelines. With Tazapay, they brought these 5 markets together through one single integration with local payment methods, local card acquiring, and settlement reduced from T+7 to T+1/T+2. This case study shows what scalable payments infrastructure can look like when entering multiple markets without adding complexity at every stage. Global expansion isn't just about adding markets. It's about building the regulatory foundation that businesses can rely on. Today, we're expanding our US Money Transmitter License (MTL) footprint to 8 licensed states, with new approvals in Arkansas, Missouri, and New Mexico. At Tazapay, we continue investing in the licences and payment infrastructure that help businesses move money with confidence while staying compliant every step of the way. Every new licence strengthens our ability to support faster, secure, and compliant cross-border payments bringing us one step closer to a truly global regulated payments network. This week, the SFA Payments Subcommittee, together with StraitsX and Visa, brought together leaders across payments, AI, Web3, and FinTech to explore one of the industry's fastest-emerging frontiers: Stablecoin-linked Agentic Commerce & Payments. One question quickly emerged: Are we ready for AI agents to make financial decisions on our behalf? The answer: Yes—but only with the right guardrails. Here are five key takeaways on where agentic commerce is heading and what it means for the future of payments: 1️⃣ It's an evolution, not a binary shift Autonomous payments won't happen overnight. The near-term opportunity lies in AI-assisted commerce, where AI researches, negotiates, and prepares transactions while humans retain final approval. Greater autonomy will emerge gradually through user-defined spending limits and rules. 2️⃣ Stablecoins unlock new payment behaviours Beyond faster cross-border settlements, stablecoins and programmable money enable high-frequency, low-value transactions—from API usage and AI compute to digital content and machine-to-machine payments—that traditional payment rails cannot support efficiently. 3️⃣ Trust—not technology—will drive adoption The technology is ready, but trust infrastructure is still catching up. Scaling agentic commerce requires robust standards for identity, authority, accountability, and auditability. 4️⃣ Value and complexity will determine autonomy Not every transaction should be delegated to AI. Low-value, low-complexity payments are well suited for automation, while strategic, high-value, or legally sensitive decisions will continue to require human oversight. 5️⃣ Success depends on ecosystem collaboration Agentic commerce isn't just a payments challenge. It requires collaboration across banks, fintechs, AI platforms, identity providers, merchants, and regulators to build trusted, interoperable frameworks. The bottom line: Success isn't about giving AI an open wallet—it's about building the governance, interoperability, and trust needed to delegate financial decisions safely. A big thank you to our moderator, Tianwei Liu (StraitsX), and our distinguished panel of speakers from Visa, Stripe, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Grab, Tazapay, Finmo, OKX, TokenLogic (Aave DAO), Monad Foundation, and Cyber Sierra for sharing their valuable perspectives. 🙏 What are your thoughts? A payout can have the correct beneficiary details, sufficient funds, and the right payment rail and still be delayed. Cross-border payouts aren't evaluated on payment details alone. The sender's identity also plays a role in how receiving banks process transactions. It's one of those invisible infrastructure decisions that can shape the payout experience without anyone noticing until something goes wrong. With Tazapay Payouts on Behalf Of (POBO), platforms can send payouts in their merchants' names while Tazapay manages the complexity behind the scenes. Small effort. Big impact. 💛 Today, our teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Delhi came together for a CSR initiative with one simple goal; to help light up lives. Together, we assembled solar lamps that will provide a reliable source of light to communities where access to electricity remains limited. Each lamp also carried a handwritten note, adding a personal message of hope and encouragement for its future recipient. It was a reminder that meaningful change doesn't always come from grand gestures. Sometimes, it starts with people coming together, lending their time, and building something that can make a real difference. A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this initiative possible. Here's to creating impact, one light at a time. 💡 #Tazapay #CSR #SocialImpact #Community #MakingADifference #SolarEnergy #PeopleFirst

Players remember the game. Finance teams remember the revenue. In gaming, payment performance is a growth metric. Every improvement in approval rates helps recover more revenue, especially across high-volume, cross-border transactions. The platforms that scale globally don't rely on one-size-fits-all payment flows. They build payment infrastructure that performs locally, everywhere.
