In this episode of Beyond Strength, Kati Blide, Product Management Engineer at SSAB, takes us into the bending process to explore how material consistency can affect productivity, quality and ultimately the total cost of manufacturing.   Springback is a natural part of bending. The real challenge is when it varies. Even with the same drawing, machine, tooling and operator, variations in material strength or thickness can change the result.   • There’s something powerful about bringing ambitious people together with a shared commitment to building better.   It was a pleasure to welcome our Strenx® Certified Fabricators from around the world to Sweden for the first global Strenx® Certified Fabricator event.   Over three inspiring days, we shared knowledge, visited our production facilities, explored future opportunities, and strengthened the relationships that make this network unique.   What stood out most was the incredible level of engagement. The conversations were open, insightful, and driven by a genuine willingness to learn from one another. Seeing new connections form between fabricators and SSAB colleagues was a powerful reminder that the greatest strength of this network is the people behind it.   As Enrico Sbrighi, Business Development Manager for the Strenx® Certified Fabricator Network, said: "The energy, engagement and commitment to future collaboration exceeded all my expectations.
