The Call for Papers is open!

We’re looking for engaging breakout sessions that inspire and challenge. Share your story, experience, or insight with a passionate Agile community.

At this stage, we’re especially looking for talks that explore leadership beyond titles and hierarchy. We invite stories about leading from within your role, creating impact without authority, and helping teams and organizations grow through everyday actions and decisions.

Theme: Leadership in all its shapes and forms

Leadership is not reserved for people with a title or position. It lives in teams, in day-to-day decisions, and in the way people take responsibility for change.

At Scrum Day Europe, we explore what leadership means for everyone working with Scrum and Agile. For Scrum Masters who create safety and movement. For Product Owners who balance vision and value. For Change Agents and Agile Coaches who help organizations learn and adapt.

Together, as a community, we share stories from practice. Stories about influence without authority, about leading from within your role, and about stepping forward when it matters most.

Through keynotes, interactive sessions, and real conversations, you will explore different forms of leadership you can recognize in yourself and others. Practical, human, and grounded in everyday work.

Because leadership in Agile is not about hierarchy. It is about showing up, taking responsibility, and growing together.
