The "girl was under your bed while you were in the room with your girlfriend" reminded me of a similar scene in a fourth-wall breaking VN called Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi, but I don't know if a manga titled Childhood Friend and Girlfriend would be so unoriginal as to steal plot points from other media.
