Kako u praksi izgledaju podsticaji za istraživanje i razvoj? Upravo to bila je tema prvog CFO Field Visit događaja, tokom kojeg je desetak članova Udruženja finansijskih direktora Srbije posetilo Inmold Group u Požegi. Na inicijativu naše članice Nevena Nikolić, CFO kompanije Inmold, imali smo priliku da obiđemo proizvodne pogone kompanije, upoznamo se sa njenim razvojnim putem i iz prve ruke vidimo kako nastaju inovativna rešenja koja Inmold plasira na međunarodno tržište. Poseban fokus bio je na iskustvima kompanije u korišćenju državnih podsticaja za istraživanje i razvoj, koje Inmold uspešno primenjuje od 2022. godine.
