Courtney joins them there and persuades Pearl to leave with her to spend a few days in Boston. Kelly, who is upset, escapes and takes refuge in the Capwell villa. Dr Rawlings and Paul Whitney find their escape route and then go to search for Kelly. Persuaded that he is acting for the best, C.C. gets her to rejoin the asylum. Cruz finds Eden's message. He goes to the garage, but doesn't see her. Eden is discovered in the van by Mexican underground immigrants who come aboard along the way. Cruz goes to see Keith and asks him to explain why phone calls were made from the garage to his flat again and again. Stunned Keith replies that he is investigating. By entering Keith's place, Cruz discovers Santana. On the roof of the Capwell Hotel, Mason hits Mark with his revolver and he falls to his knees. He holds the revolver towards Mark. He then finds Julia in the court, who he accuses of being a party to Mary's death. He threatens her with his weapon, then goes to see C.C.. C.C. manages to reason with him, by making him understand that Mary's death is only a tragic accident. Julia joins C.C. and they don't manage to find any sign of Mark.
