Do you experience possession or mediumship? Do you have a psychiatric diagnosis associated with multiplicity of self? Do you feel like you have "sides" that are a bit more personified than usual? Do you practice Internal Family Systems or another ego state therapy modality? Are you just a bunch of guys in a trenchcoat? If you're any of the above (and more), then you are welcome here.
This is a community for asking and answering discussion questions about plural experiences. Interactions encouraged- please comment, post to the community, etc! Talk to each other about what it's like to live life as many selves in parallel.
Please do not gatekeep, call others "fake," etc. This is not the place for internet slapfights. Keep discussions respectful and be curious about what others have to share.
