Stefhanie Webb is a home cooking educator, recipe developer, and meal planning strategist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University and spent the first several years of her career working as a clinical dietitian in hospital and outpatient settings. It was there, watching patients struggle to translate dietary advice into practical daily meals, that she became convinced the real problem was not knowledge but logistics. People did not need more information about what to eat. They needed a system for making it happen.
Stefhanie left clinical practice to focus on teaching meal prep as a lifestyle skill. She began by leading small group workshops at community centers and local farmers markets, where she helped busy families develop realistic weekly cooking routines. Her approach, which emphasizes flexible component-based cooking over rigid recipe following, quickly gained a following. She has since worked with hundreds of families through one-on-one coaching, online programs, and her popular workshop series called Sunday Set-Up.
Her writing has appeared in Clean Eating Magazine, Today's Dietitian, and the blog of the North Carolina Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a regular contributor to meal planning content for the health and wellness platform WellRooted. When she is not in the kitchen or writing, Stefhanie spends her time hiking the trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains, experimenting with fermented foods, and convincing her two daughters that trying a new vegetable is an adventure rather than a punishment.
Stefhanie lives with her husband, Marcus, and their two children. The Meal Prep Playbook grew directly out of the questions, frustrations, and small victories she has witnessed across years of working with real families in real kitchens. Her mission is simple: to prove that eating well all week does not require a personal chef, a professional kitchen, or endless free time. It requires a plan, a few good containers, and the willingness to spend a couple of hours on the weekend taking care of your future self.
