This was the first Nicholas Sparks I ever read. My baby girl was sleeping in her crib and I was afraid of waking her with my sobbing, so I sat on the bathroom floor and cried like never before. That baby girl is now a senior in high school and I've read at least 8 more Nicholas Sparks books.

Loooooved this book. It's very rare when a novel can actually move me to tears but this did. It was so romantic and well written, I recommend it to anyone looking to read a tender love story.
