The most frustrating customer service ever. The app is faulty and doesn't allow me to cancel the sim. For two months I've tried everything. I've emailed, I've called, I've messaged. The operators tell me the same thing over and over depote me saying that it doesn't work because the app has a bug and doesn't process the cancellation of the sim card. I'm so frustrated and I want to move to another service but I cannot because this sim card is still active.
