The app and website need a complete overhaul. When you log in from the app for rewards, it's always "something wrong". On the website, you can't even hit enter and make it work. Then you cannot apply rewards when making purchases on either - they just get removed. Whoever is responsible for their web platforms needs to see this is fixed - this is going to hurt their revenue stream when people who want to pickup or have delivery cannot or cannot get things the way they want. Devs, step up!

The app isn't great. Anytime you add to your cart, the item hovers so you can't quickly move on or check out. **Also, I updated the app today and logged in. But, I no longer have Free Chips n Salsa rewards? I'm a regular, so I was surprised. Had to order and log in on the website instead and the reward popped up there, so something isn't connecting on the app with the latest update.

Can't use. Both the app and website won't allow us to submit pick up or delivery orders no matter what payment info we put in. This forces us to either call in to place the order or order on doordash which costs $15-20 extra than ordering from chili's directly. I've had this issue on numerous occasions on various devices. Very frustrating overall.
