Apparently, one Maciej wasn't enough to celebrate a 10-year anniversary… so today we're celebrating two! 😄 Today, Maciej Folga and Maciej Prądzyński are both marking an incredible 10 years at Jit Team. 🥳 They may share the same first name and the same milestone, but each of them has built an impressive career in their own unique way. Over the past 10 years, Maciej Folga has grown as a Senior Java Developer, combining both backend and frontend expertise. Throughout his career, he has not only designed and delivered solutions using Java, Spring, and Angular, but also coordinated development teams and worked closely with clients as a Product Owner. His commitment to continuous learning and willingness to embrace new challenges have shaped an outstanding professional journey. Maciej Prądzyński has grown as a Senior Backend Developer, contributing to the development of a complex product from day one. Being involved from the project's very beginning allowed him to take part in every stage of its journey - from the first implementation to production releases and ongoing development. Working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular, he has continuously expanded his expertise while helping deliver a product with lasting impact. Ten years mean hundreds of sprints, thousands of commits, countless technical challenges, and an incredible amount of knowledge gained along the way. One client, one major technology shift, and 10 years of continuous growth. Today, we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of Tomasz Kosiński, Test Automation Engineer in #theTeam! 🚀 As Tomek recalls, he didn't find Jit Team, Jit Team found him. He joined the company thanks to Marta Kukuła, and still remembers his very first days: the conversation with the client, meeting the company founders, and the welcoming atmosphere in the office. What makes his journey even more unique is that throughout the entire decade, Tomek has been working with the same client, a place where he continues to grow professionally and find satisfaction in his work. There was only one significant change along the way: a shift to a new technology. As he admits, it was a stressful moment, but thanks to his determination and willingness to learn, he successfully kept up with the pace. Constant self-development has always been an important part of his professional journey, and his passion for learning new technologies remains as strong as ever.
