Being put out of action for periods of time: Sure, though I'd appreciate a head's up, again.
Mind reading/controlling: Sure, just be clear about what they're reading/what's going on so I can follow up in my part of the narration!
Misc. notes: While he won't go around doing bad things for no reason, Blair is honestly not a very good person! Also, he has a trained team of magical murderbeasts with which to destroy things, so consider yourself warned in advance if your character wants to attack him.
