Alongside the launch of the OFC Pro League, the first General Secretaries workshop of 2026 took place this week, with a focus on strategic management and strengthening leadership capabilities. The workshop combined the General Secretaries and Technical Directors from across OFC's Member Associations for an insightful and reflective two days. The sessions focused on: ✅ Engagement and feedback in the development of OFC's new strategy ✅ Transforming a strategy into a high performance tool ✅ Effective strategy execution and monitoring ✅ Developing a leadership coaching plan This workshop forms part of the OFC Executive Programme that supports the OFC Strategy top goal of leaving a lasting legacy in football through capability building, empowering leaders across Oceania. 🌏💪 This initiative is delivered in collaboration with UEFA through the UEFA Together programme.
