About us
The New Zealand Sustainable Initiatives Trust (NZSIT) is a youth-focused non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people to turn sustainability awareness into meaningful action. Through structured programmes, volunteer pathways, and cross-sector partnerships, NZSIT connects students, communities, businesses, and NGOs to deliver practical sustainability and community initiatives across Auckland and wider New Zealand. Since its establishment, NZSIT has built a growing, multicultural youth network, supporting campus engagement, zero-waste initiatives, environmental education, and youth-led innovation projects. Our work helps organisations engage purpose-driven talent while enabling young people to develop real-world skills and leadership experience.
