Together, we reimagined airport operations with a new Ground Crew App, allowing agents to assist passengers anywhere in the terminal with mobile check-in, boarding, and bag-tagging. Faster queue management, improved passenger flow, and greater operational responsiveness resulted in easyJet checking in over 30,000 passengers and boarding more than 3 million in just 12 months.
