• My favourite Russian/English ASMR youtuber posted a dental exam sim in December. If you like ASMR, she's the best I've seen and I often fall asleep to her videos!
• Remember how I had a christmas party with my dad and his gf? There were TWENTY ONE PEOPLE THERE, partly because the younger of the two little shits (reminder: he's in his 30s) invited 2-4 more people two hours before the event and for once, even his mom seemed mad. Not mad enough to enforce any consequences, of course, but that's how you wind up with two little shits for sons.
• This buzzfeed video is surprisingly romantic and I love it whenever Rie is in a video! Please enjoy the Worth It boys hosting their first holiday meal as a couple and Shane and Ryan upstaging them, also as a couple, while everyone else gets drunk.
• I've been listening to Thank U, Next basically on repeat as we approach 2019 and found this amazing hand-animated/painted short video that makes it look and sound like an anime opening theme

My friends and I have our usual super low-key new years/double birthday party planned for this year and I hope you have some fun plans, too! For peak low key lazy nerds, we play a lot of board games, BYO takeout, someone (Courtney) bakes birthday treats, and then we watch a kid's countdown around 11/11:30pm on netflix and leave before the drunks hit the trains at midnight.

It's the best.
