I'm making a post here talking about role playing games, the different types, how they work, and how it relates to the story In the Company of Shadows, because a friend at my livejournal asked about it, but livejournal has obnoxious character limits on comments, and it was easier for me to put the info here and link from there than to try to break it all up for lj.
