Welcome to my website! I am an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Business School and serve as Associate Director of the Center for AI, Management and Organization (CAMO) at HKU. Together with my colleague Jie Gong, I also co-direct the CAMO Lab for Organizational Transformation.
Our survey on the organizational barriers of AI adoption was recently featured by the Economist. The Financial Times Chinese published my article The Evaluation Tax: Why AI Demands a Shift from “Production” to “Verification” (joint with Jin Li).
My current research is mostly focused on the role of AI in organizations, as well as Relational Contracts. More broadly, I am interested in various topics in Organizational Economics, as well as in Behavioral, Labor & Public Economics.
I am also a co-organizer of the Asian Conference on Organizational Economics and the Workshop on Relational Contracts.
