Ҩ about;
A private journal for me to document my eating disorder, my mental illness (bipolar disorder ii, rapid-cycling), my anxiety triggers (generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety), as well as my obsessive compulsive disorder.


Ҩ why;
This is meant to be a resource that I can share with my team of doctors in attempt to better understand my causes of stress and anxiety, as well as other things that need to be worked on so that I may get on with my life.


Ҩ diagnoses;
Doctor-diagnosed (have copies of my medical file to prove it) in 1998, at age 12, with severe depression, social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder along with a stomach ulcer, after extreme bullying, and being beaten up constantly at school (during recess) and on the way to school became so bad that the faculty had to agree to send me home an hour early each day, so that I could get home safely. In 2001, body dismorphic disorder was added to my medical file. In 2007, at the age of 21, I was seeing a psychiatrist and after completing a round of paper tests, I the original diagnosis of depression was changed to rapid-cycling bipolar disorder II. In 2010, I admitted to having been bulimic (restrictive, non-purging type) since mid-2004.
