Hello and welcome to our new blog! We have crawled through various online communities for years and now find ourselves here. Last year when cohost closed we planned on staying in the "down low" for a while. We actually started therapy again for the first time in about 10 years the day cohost closed for posting. A lot about us has changed since then, or at least we feel like we have expanded as a person. Since starting therapy and being able to accept myself more, I have come to be more aware that I am therian and plural, and have been my whole life. I had known I was plural at various parts of my life, but by the nature of the illness, I was always in denial. I could not begin to process how much this already was a part of my life. Much of my disassociation and amnesia was written off as exclusively caused by ADHD that I never thought anything more of it. My wife also recently found out she is plural too, so it explains why she never found anything "off" about some of behaviors. In part of discovering we were plural, we also discovered we were therian. As much as I have been terminally online long before I should have been using the internet to socialize, I actually wasn't really familiar with therianthropy and other forms of nonhumanity. I had heard really basic and often times incorrect definitions of them, but at those times I didn't really fully relate. Now that I better understand what nonhumaity can look like, and I can accept myself as plural (and just be more accepting of myself in general), I have changed a bit as a whole. We are still the same system we always were, we have the same memories and main interests that we did before, but it feels like we downloaded some new DLC while also meticulously organized our body and mind.

We are still getting to know ourselves as we are now. We are hoping to be able to use this blog to share our experience both to help others and to help ourselves. Last year someone (maybe more than one person?) in our system was making blogs on neocities and nekoweb. These sites really helped us be more comfortable with being ourselves! However, something has changed and I don't feel like I should be the one editing those sites. I am do not plan to delete them, nor am I ashamed of them, it is just that they don't feel like they belong to me. So for now I am leaving them behind. I considered making a webpage again, but tbh it is too cumbersome for what I am looking to do. Since starting therapy I uhhhh kinda started losing the mental capacity to code. I probably could if I really put my nose down to it, but man I just think this is a better choice for what I am looking to do.

So what will I probably do here?
If you somehow already know me and are familiar with my old websites, basically expect the same sort of content
  • Talking about fun things like AuDHD, general neurodivergeny, cPTSD recovery, now with a side of getting to talk about those in relation to being plural and therian
  • Talking about my crafts (mostly knitting and crochet) and my garden
  • Talking about paganism and witchcraft
  • My own written tutorials related to anything above
  • Reviewing/analyzing the occasional book, movie, analog horror, toy, or whatever thing I feel like writing about
  • Blogging about just regular old day to day life
  • Occasional fic if I ever feel brave enough to share/commit to actually writing down the stories in my head
  • Oh yeah and we are going to be starting to medically transition soon (assuming doctors/insurance work with me), so we will probably talk about our experience with that

I post about plural, therian, alter human, and such things more often in my circle rather than publically. if you want to be given access, please comment. If you subscribe and I see you are plural or otherkin/alter human in some way I will probably just go ahead and give you access without you even needing to ask. (to be clear; you don't need to be any of those things to be given access)

a picture of 4 collars. starting top left and working clockwise; a purple collar with a rainbow plated star shaped dog tag that says "Luna", galaxy colored color with reflective stars and Saturns, a camo collar with a large sheep bell, and a dark indigo collar with moons, stars, and constellations.

Here are my current collars! The purple one is my usual day to day collar, the camo one I usually only wear when out doing yard chores, and the other two are ones I wear occasionally. Sometimes when the "Luna" collar doesn't feel quite who we are.
I used to make resin jewelry a long time ago, and I have thought about using resin to make tags for some of my various alters. I hear dollar tree now gets resin. I have seen the molds at mine, but I haven't seen the resin itself. I think it would be fun to make personalized tags using letter beads, dried herbs/flowers and fun finds. Metal tags make a very euphoric clang sound when worn, but getting a bunch of custom tags made can get a bit expensive.

These are all collars I have bought for myself, mostly as a therian thing. Like yeah, they are getting used in the bedroom, but I mostly wear it because they make me feel more dog-;ike. I have been wearing my purple collar practically everywhere for about half a year now. I don't recall getting a single negative comment. Occasionally I get a compliment for another visibly queer person, but that is about it. I am not sure if people don't notice it or don't care, but I am glad. I live in a medium-small evenly split between red and blue type of town.
I want to pick out a collar my wife can buy me. Not like The Collar, but just a collar that is from her. A friend recently showed me a website TagsfoHope and there was some cute designs. They were a bit pricey, but also there is a moon and butterfly/moth design they have right now I kind of want. And I could get a matching bandana. Ughhh but that is so much money too.

Anywho, if you are in a heat wave like I am right now, I hope you are doing what you can to stay cool and hydrated!

 Yay!
A short zine about maned wolves
Yesterday I went for a Zine making meet up at my library and made my first zine! My library has been having zine making events for at least a year now. I kept meaning to go to them, but just always managed to forget or have something else that took first priority. Yesterday I was meeting with a comrade from my local queer group to gift them some extra veggie starts, so it motivated me to make it just a little bit more.

It was fun! My handwriting isn't the best and maybe next time I might try writing with pen or a little bit smaller because a few pages had bits that were pushing the margins. Everyone I had read my copies said they could still read enough to understand what the cut off spots should say but still >x<
I made myself a few copies and also printed a few copies of a friend's zine about ARFID. There are several of those mini libraries in my town, both in main areas owned by the city/schools and in people's front yards. My wife and I go out for walk fairly often, and I have always thought it would be fun to be able to throw zines in there, and now I guess I am finally doing it! I had somewhere to be after the library and dropped a copy of mine and the AFRID zine into the little library in front of the city museum.

I don't think zine making will be my next "big thing", but at the same time I do see it being something I would once or twice a month or so. I would for sure go to the zine meet up again. The event was lead by someone who really loves zine making and regularly goes to exchange events and was talking about how she wishes she could set one up around here. I occasionally do magazine cut out poetry, and had brought some of those supplies with me. She has shown me some beautiful art zines she had made using packing tape transfers. She wanted to see my poetry, but I didn't even think to bring it. Maybe next time!
Text from the zine since it is probably hard to read! )

Maybe another day I will put together a list of ideas for zines I have. I plan to make ones for my other theriotypes, and I have some ideas for gardening ones as well!

Making a loaf of banana bread for my wife this morning while she is still asleep. She is being very kind and taking our (actual) dog to get her nails trimmed today. I usually can trim animal nails myself, but our last few rescues have been older dogs that probably weren't introduced to having their paws/nails handled outside of just grooming situations. Before our current dog, our previous rescue was very aggressive about having her nails done and I think I still have a lot of nail anxieties left from her. Thankfully since I volunteer there from time to time, the workers at the animal shelter trim her nails for us, but of course it can be quite noisy there. I love going to help walk dogs, but it is hard for me to be inside the actual shelter. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon that I am a feeling nervous about already, so my wife will be taking her. My mom is taking us and my father out for a father's day dinner tonight and I am just feel like I am trying so hard to manage my limited spoons and not blow them in one day. And just kinda feeling like this:
A screenshot of Lisa Simspson looking up at Marge from a computer. Lisa's eyes are narrowed and she has a small frown.

Besides just not liking the doctor in general (what chronically ill person does?), I have to do the dreaded task of asking for my medical accommodations to be renewed. My gastritis is not some short lived illness that would just go away in a few months like she thought. It is likely to be a lifelong illness for me that will flare from time to time. I am not interested in going through anymore scopes or scans, expensive procedures that just leave me broke, stressed, and embarrassed when I get told nothing significant showed up and nobody understands why I am "this sick". :/ Plus my POTS is acting up, which it isn't even acting up that bad, but my POTS is generally well managed with a daily beta blocker and extra sodium. So, anytime I do start having more symptoms than usual it does feel shocking. I had two days last week where being upright felt nearly impossible.
All I want is to be able to call in more than once a month without fear of losing my job. Genuinely having 2 days a month I can call in without consequences would fix me. Okay maybe it wouldn't fix me, but it would make my life a hell of a lot less stressful. Not having to feel like I need to ration my call ins would be nice. My flares can be sudden, but they only last a day or two if I can actual just let my body rest. And I feel like I have to jump through hoops and a jig even to just get that approved (MetLife is very nice on the phone but the process is still tedious and annoying)
I guess I am mostly nervous that I will need to confirm that yes, gastritis is likely a stress illness for me. I began working with a therapist who has kindly informed me they aren't surprised I am this sick and what I have is common with what mental struggles I am dealing with. But it seems like medicine doctors and therapy aren't always on the same page. There is also a personal shame that goes along with it. Like "oh yeah I was really sick last year and I still can't manage my mental illnesses right so I am still very sick". I worry about being dismissed as it is "just anxiety" like I have been before. I know if I am dismissed it means it is probably time to look for a new doctor, but that is a whole different kind of stress that I don't even want to think about yet either.

A small banana pepper

The fruits of my labor are starting to fruit! I am pretty sure this is the first fruit I have noticed on my peppers and tomatoes. I am not counting anything I bought from the greenhouse that might have already had fruit on it. This is a sweet banana pepper, and if I remember right, it is the first pepper we got into a pot.
All of our peppers and tomatoes are looking really good so far. We have been getting rain every couple days and the temps have been hovering around 70s to mid 70s. The variety heirloom and beefsteak tomatoes still need some time, but just about everything else has blooms on it right now!
This week I am hoping to get a few more tote planters fully set up. I also have some beans I planted last week that are starting to sprout that I will need to get into containers soon. I am going to be experimenting with growing various common types of beans and peas in smaller grow bags to see how they do. I have gotten progress #9 peas, blue lake bush beans, white half runners, and Kentucky pole beans from my local seed library. I have a feeling the first two will do the best in small containers, but I am willing to see how the pole beans do too. I had gotten some Jacob's Cattle Beans last year and I wish I did a better job saving them (I did it wrong and they all molded.....). They did well in the small pots, but I sadly didn't see any at the library this year. I think next year I might look at seed catalogs and look more into beans. We make plenty of soups and chilis over the cold season.

A picture of 4 raised tote planters in a row

About two years ago I was recommended a video about using storage totes to make a raised bed garden. I was actually in the process of cleaning up the house at that time, so I had a couple large totes that had been emptied out. My first try with them I made one and tossed some sunflower seeds in it, and they did fine. Last year I had two raised tote planters. This year I am expanding! I thought it would be fun to share how I set them up so that maybe you can try doing something similar in your garden! You should be able to source most of your supplies for this for cheap or free.

Supplies you will probably need )

I am really expanding on gardening using these this year. Originally I planned to only have 4 tote planters, but now I am up to 8. Although it may not be the prettiest looking setup, it will allow you to grow a decent amount for cheap in a small space.

A picture of 10 granny squares
I love long term projects! And I am horrible at ever finishing them!! But I love having a project to work on between bigger projects. Something I can do when I want to craft but I don't want to think much about it. Something where I can "finish" something in a day and feel accomplished. Something that has the memories of the passing of time in it. I have a memory blanket I have been making on and off with leftovers since I first started knitting in 2019.
I especially love projects like granny square blankets where you can make a little or a lot at a time and then join it together at a later time. Makes for easy travel or a project to take and sit outside with. I am following along with this tutorial TL Yarn Crafts gives on their blog for making this granny square blanket out of mini skeins and scrap yarns. A few years back my wife used to buy me a subscription to Row One Yarn, where I would get ten 10g sample skeins a month. After about 5 or 6 months I have a decent backlog of them and we decided to end the subscription. This squares conveniently use ~10g of yarn each, so it is perfect for using up the samples I still have. I also have plenty of other leftovers to use as well.
The pattern recommends having 80 squares total, so I am about 1/8th of the way there! I started this project earlier this year, sometime in mid February, I have no idea how long it will take me to finish this project, but I am not in a rush to finish it either! :]

A picture of a denim vest with several patches
Wanted to share a picture of how my denim vest is coming along :] I bought a vest several years ago with the intention of sewing cool patches onto it one day, and finally am getting around to it this year. I used some of my tax return money to get some fun patches on Etsy.

I really love the hyena patch. I was actually thinking about saving it to sew on there once I started hormones as a celebration, but I didn't want to accidentally put any expectations on myself that might make my brain think silly. So instead I chose to sew it on now, and later on I can always embroider my starting date or something on there. I keep "joking" I want to take female Spotted Hyena HRT, so this was a perfect patch.

Links to patches if anyone wants them :3 )

Had a really weird night of sleep, which is normal for us.... On days I don't work, it is pretty normal for us to get up in the middle of the night for a few hours and then go back to bed for a few more. I kinda was just up most of the night until I gave up and wandered out to the kitchen for some caffeine. I don't work again until Friday, so I can always nap this afternoon and hopefully sleep better tonight.

Right now chilling in the bedroom with the window open listening the cheeps of cardinals at the feeder (they have been very active lately here!), the ringing of my wind chimes, and my wife's soft snores as she is still resting peacefully in bed. It is her birthday today! We are now both officially in our 30s! It feels really huge to us, or at least I know it is for me. We started dating in HS and I don't think either of us expected to make it alive into adulthood.
Life still sucks, but in different ways that often feel more manageable, or at least we have started learning more effective ways to pick up the pieces when things fall apart. We both struggle heavily from our mental health/neurodivergency issues, and my chronic health issues still flare, or I find new things wrong with me. Around a year ago I was diagnosed with gastritis, it has gotten better but it hasn't gone away. I am told I will probably struggle with GI issues the rest of my life just because the amount of stress and anxiety autism and trauma issues have on my body. But I guess you just learn to live with it. I am in therapy again and it is helping us a lot. I am learning to take care of myself however I can, and look for the things I can appreciate and enjoy in my life. And I am lucky to have a wonderful partner to help me along the way too! :]
We have been unlearning a lot of the shame and "masks" we have had to wear in life. It is pleasant that I always have a safe person I can discuss my feelings about my therianthropy, plurality, autism, transgenderism, and more without fear of being judged. My wife may not always understand my experiences or ways of thinking, but she is always kind and respectful.

We don't really have any plans for the day! I want to work on the garden today, but I am totally willing to skip on it if she isn't interested. The weather is nice so maybe we can go for a walk to the park and then come home for some video games/watch movies and probably smoke weed. I picked up Balatro for the first time about 2 weeks ago and have been really into it. She rebought Dead Cells (had it on switch, now on steamdeck) and has also been playing Blood West a lot. I am going to be making her a banana cake with cream cheese frosting for her. I haven't made banana cake before, but I know the banana bread we make is one of her favorites, so I think this will turn out good!

Tomatoes

luna_moon: A hyena showing its teeth (Freya)
Two cherry tomato starts. One is already planted in a pot while the other is still in the nursery planter.
Today we were out running errands and out mother offered to take us to the greenhouse. We were able to pick up about everything else we needed for our garden. The only thing we may still need is more bags of soil, but we are now good on plants for the season!

The tomatoes I got at the greenhouse were pretty tall already, but they aren't very stable. If you are newer to growing tomatoes, let me teach you a trick. Dig a deep hole to put your tomatoes in. If you are growing them in a put like me, dig all the way to the bottom. Pinch off all the leaves stems growing off the main stem except for a few near the top. Tomatoes can put off roots from the part of the stem, making your starting plant much stronger in the end. It isn't necessary, but it is pretty windy where I live, so this helps make the plant have a slightly more resistant to bending stem.
I also throw one or two large comfrey leaves and a crumbled up egg shell in the hole before putting the tomato plant in there too. I hear mixed things from people if this really helps the plant or not, but I figure it doesn't hurt the plant and I always have an abundance comfrey but maybe not as many egg shells lately
These are either sun sugar or sun gold. I think the former, but the tag fell out of the nursery planter. They are a small tomato and do pretty well in containers with a cage and pole. I have grown this variety the past two years and I really enjoy them. They are good for snacking and salads. They, along with super sweet 100s, put off lots of tiny tomatoes. It is common for me to fill sandwich baggies full of them to toss at friends when I visit or they give me rides.

I still have more I wanted to do in the garden, but I need to give my body a break for the evening. My work vacation is almost over. I may garden tomorrow, but I may also decide to give my body a day of rest before I return to work Monday (I work in a grocery store. Union pays us for the holiday, but it doesn't mean we get it off!!)

Palm Pals

luna_moon: A photo of a lamb with feathered wings (RosemaryBlossom)
A dragon and seagull palm pal. The dragon is ruby red with golden yellow wings. The seagull has a plush french fry in its mouth.
Got a new plushie while I was out running errands with my wife! :3c I have seen Palm Pals at gift stores before and thought they were really cute. However, I wasn't really willing to pay over $10 for them! I happened to spot these in the seasonal bargain bins at Meijer. Not sure if that is what they are called, but there is usually random $10 or less seasonal or "trend" items up front when you first come in the general merchandise side. These ones were only $5 and there was a lot to choose from!
I picked out the dragon and my wife picked out the seagull. We spotted the seagull last second before we walked away from the bins, he was the only one of his kind left. He is quite handsome, I am kind of jealous of my wife teehee. He sat on my lap for a little while today while I was knitting and my wife was taking a nap. There was a lamb too and I kinda wish I would have grabbed it, but since I am buying gardening supplies right now I didn't want to waste too much money.
These are quite pleasant as a stim toy. They are, as their name suggests, palm sized. They have a little bit of plastic beanies in their bum to give them some weight, and it is pleasing for me to shake, squish, and otherwise move the beads around. The fabric is also quite soft and feels good against the hands and face. I usually carry a regular sized stuffed animal with me, but this is a nice sized one for keeping in a pocket or purse.

Totally not going to get into collecting these things.

A picture of a tomato plant, Rosemary, basil, oregano, and thyme growing in containers

Today we needed to grab some feed for the chickens, and ended up grabbing a few herbs and vegetables as well. I still need to sit down and plan the garden out further, but this was all stuff I knew I would need. I have a container with basil and oregano growing together. There is also planters with lemon thyme and a large rosemary plant, and a hanging planter with some cherry tomatoes. And that plant growing all over the raised bed is chives that has been growing in there year after year for about 30 years.
This is all at the base of our stairs. I thought it would be nice to have for quickly grabbing something for cooking. I also would like to have a sage plant here, but I didn't see any at the store we stopped at. We also grabbed a couple other cherry tomatoes, peppers, and a pumpkin start. I am hoping the pumpkin can do well in one of the 16 gallon totes. It is one that grows the small, decorative type pumpkins.
It is small, but I am already really happy with what I have so far! I love gardening so much, so I am really happy to be out there!!

A crochet shawl, mostly yellow, purple, and green, hung over a wooden fence. The shawl is triangular shaped and has 3 tassels, one at each point.
A closer photo of the shawl showing the textured stitches
I finished this shawl up about two weeks ago, but I am finally getting around to taking pictures of it this morning. Teehee.

My LYS mostly focuses on knitting, but there are a few folks there who crochet as well. I was in the other week for a visit and they had a sample piece using this pattern by the front door that I really loved. I was working on this during almost all my free time while I was dealing with a family issue. This is probably the fastest I have finished something in a while at least.

The pattern is called Lost in Time and is available for free. I followed the color guide at the bottom of that post for my own shawl, but using my own colors. I was trying to use up yarns that I already had in my bins. I don't have color names for them, but I know most of these are from Stitch Together. I appreciate that the pattern gave the weights for the yarns being used. I have lots of sock yarn leftovers, since it is my favorite weight to work with. I am always looking for patterns that let me creatively use leftover yarns like this. I picked out a whole bunch of colors to start out with, and started narrowing them down as I added more rows and got an idea of what I liked together. I am very happy with the finished result. It is bright and loud, but I do feel the colors work together in some way. (Maybe it is just me).

I am not upset enough about it to go back and rip out stitches, but I do wish I made this maybe one repeat bigger. I like wearing this like a bandana wrapped around my neck during walks, but unless I tie it, it is constantly falling off my neck and shoulders. I thought the big tassels would give it enough weight to stay wrapped, but I have to either tie it or use a shawl pin of some sorts. Not a big deal, if anything it is probably smaller than it is supposed to be. Tension was kinda tight because of being stressed.

This shawl ends up being perfect for this time of year. It is about 50s-60s most days, and very windy. I really dislike the feeling of wind on my skin (sensory thing I guess), so a shawl like this is just enough to keep the breeze off without over warming me. It will probably be too much once it gets actually warm, but I will still get a lot of use out of this right now.

Weeding

luna_moon: A photo of a maned wolf (LunaMoon)
A photo of two windchimes hanging on a Shepard's hook. The one on the left features a sun and moon design with orange-yellow suncatching beads and cowbell at the bottom for the chime. The one on the right features a chicken with pinwheel like wings that spin in the wind, and a traditional multiple hanging chimes. Behind them is some blue totes being used for planters raised on white lawn chairs.

Yesterday my wife and I worked in the yard together. The main goal was to pull weeds, the secondary goal was to start getting my containers out for planing. My wife mostly worked on weeds while I bustled around moving planters around the yard and picking up trash that had been been blown in over the fall and winter.

The photo above is of our backyard area. I keep our large 16 gallon raised planters, peppers, and potatoes back here.I haven't decided what I will put in the totes yet. They are good for one large single plant and an herb usually. Right now I have one that is full of dill and the other contains some sunflowers I will be transplanting around the yard. I am thinking about this year having a couple fall/winter squashes and I think they would of well in these.
I got a new sun catcher/wind chime the other day too! I have had the chicken wind chime, but I saw the sun and moon one at the dollar store and really fell in love with the design. It looks really pretty when the sun is in this half of the yard in the evening.

I also had an idea for putting a small herb garden at the base of the stairs for easy meal picking. I should have enough space to keep all my base herbs and also keep a small hanging tomato plant or two. I actually have a lot of ideas floating around in my head now of what we can do with the garden this year and I am really excited. We still have more weed to pull, and I need a more solid idea of what I need to pick up from the store, but I think we can have most of the garden in by the end of next week.

Free Dill

luna_moon: A photo of a maned wolf (LunaMoon)
Several dill plants growing in a container. The dirt is covered with leaves and there are several unidentified plants growing alongside the dill.
It is still a bit cool where I am to put in the garden, but some of my plants from last year seem to be coming back. This is an upcycled 16 gallon storage tote that I used last year to grow an eggplant. I also kept in the container a separate pot that had mammoth dill growing in it. It looks like some seeds got spread and now I have a bunch of dill growing in already. This is mammoth dill, which was the featured seed last year in Michigan's One seed, One state program. This year's seed was little finger carrots. I am sad I didn't get to my library in time to get some, but I did get some scarlet nantes carrot seeds from the seed library. I haven't grown carrots before, but I might try growing them in buckets (I can easily get some free from work). I didn't do my best collecting seeds last year, but I am hoping to let the dill here spread throughout the whole container and just grow a bunch of dill to collect and give away. My wife has been including dried dill in my scrambled eggs lately, and I really like it. Today I grabbed some of the fresh dill and I am excited to see if I notice the difference. update: yeah 11/10 they slapped <3

My wife and I are going to be working on cleaning up the yard and getting the garden in this week now that we are on vacation. It is still a bit cool out, but it seems like we are out of danger of any more frosts at least. My garden this year will be focused mostly on things I can dry and preserve to use over the fall and winter as well. Herbs, peppers, potatoes, a modest amount of tomatoes, and beans are all my list. I have a bit of compost I need to move around. This year I am going to try going out with a notebook and making myself a drawn out of map of the garden and then sit down with that to plan what I want to grow in each space. I often run into the problem where I either buy too much for my space, which I especially don't want to spend any more money than I need to right now. Or I underbuy and by sometime in mid July I am disappointed and wishing I had more plants to attend to and harvests to collect. Thankfully I have a rough idea of it in my mind already. I don't have the space to start seeds indoors, so I usually buy started peppers and tomatoes from greenhouses. I guess prices for flats this year really will determine how much I grow there. I have enough compost and dirt from last year that I should be able to mix it with some bagged stuff from the store.

I am on my second vacation of the year and I am super ready for this one. I have had a pretty eventful year to say the least, and both my body and mind need the rest. I have been working away at my crochet a little more these past few months, and even picked knitting back up again. I plan to spend a decent chunk of my vacation time working on some of my WIPs. This scarf pattern would be a really good pattern for an adventurous beginner in my opinion. This pattern has i-cord edging, simple lace work, and a small section that uses a cable needle. The pattern is made twice and then both pieces are connected using a three needle bind off. These are all things I have done myself, but as someone who has taken a bit of a break from knitting, this piece has been a nice refresher. I am using some leftover yarn from Stitch Together I bought a few years ago, but I don't remember the color name. I am not done, but I can say I would do this pattern again. It is a nice way to use up a chunk of leftover sock yarn and would work well for a quick gift project.

Breath and Hope by Casapinka

This project is what I plan on spending most of my time with this vacation. I saw these two yarns in a project kit on my LYS and fell in love with the colors. A week later I was still thinking of the colors, so I decided to get it for myself as a vacation project. I picked out a different pattern than what my LYS showed though. I am glad I went back, as I really love seeing these colors together. My wife seems to really like it too, so we will probably end up sharing this shawl. It uses mosaic colorwork knitting, which is one of my favorites.

Dillon Shawl by Sarah Korth

This pattern uses some unique crochet stitches that I haven't used before that gives it an interesting texture. I really like the yarn I got for this project. It does give me trans pride vibes lol. I like this this is a simple repeat pattern, but uses a slightly more challenging stitch. I am close to halfway done.

And that is what I am working on! I also have a shawl I finished this month that I plan on sharing on another post. What are some projects (knitting, crochet, or otherwise) you are working on? I am always looking for new patterns.
