I believe the biggest issue facing us isn't just about how much money the council has, but how it manages it. For too long, we’ve seen bureaucracy waste money while our community pays the price with cuts to services and rising council tax.   

Like many of you, I have been frustrated by the council's lack of accountability. Cases are closed without any resolution. Emails and calls are ignored. We receive letters with no name attached, so we have no one to hold responsible. This isn't just poor service; it's a profound lack of fairness and transparency.   

As your independent councillor, I will fight to change this. I will demand that the council become more accessible and that your issues are treated with respect. My pledge is simple: no more closed cases without answers and no more ghosted calls.
